Dr. Bilgehan Sezgin graduated from the Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and worked at the Dokuz Eylul University department of physiology as a research assistant from 1999 to 2000. Dr. Sezgin then worked at the Ophthalmology Clinic at the Izmir Teaching Hospital until 2004, after which time she began working at Kaskaloglu Eye Hospital. Her surgical specialty is refractive and cataract surgery. Dr. Sezgin speaks English. She lives with her husband, Dr. Erden Asena, and family in Izmir.
